"The experience I have with Google store would love to rate "No Stars". By seeing the name "Google" purchased things without much thoughts.
Experience-1 : I purchased a pixel with FI, had issues in porting number then to get support help have to wait for agent for hours. Even after agent shows up, they do not have much knowledge and takes another hour, most of the times you may not get any answer. I asked about how is the tax computed ? and whats the %ge of tax ? Answer I got was "Its based on location and address you provided", but no mention about further details. In my bill have Calling &Text plan and device payments. Tax is so high, when I asked about is there any tax on device payments or what components of the bill are taxed? No answer.
Experience-2: Ordered a Google Mini, google shipped with Fedex, and then Fedex used USPS. Google dont bother about tracking, it re-directs to Fedex, and it shows shipped, but I didnt receive. When I contacted Fedex, they asked me to contact USPS.
When I try to contact Google Support, its really a maze to get customer support chat / phone option, again it takes an hour period to get an agent.
The funny thing is, google has an option of call back, and it shows wait time is 40 mins. Then usual expectation is Google calls me back after 40 mins, unlike that Google calls you immediately and ask you to hold till Agent joins your call.
This is really frustrating, and Google should learn from Amazon in serving customers. Otherwise better quit the Google Store and sell it in Amazon to provide best customer experience.
Google truly disappointed and never expected this kind of behavior and bad customer experience."
"I ordered the Pixel 3 XL on Cyber Monday, received an e-mail that stated my purchase was sent to Fed-Ex and my expected delivery date was Nov. 27-28th. I also ordered a case and a phone trade-in box. The 27th and the 28th come and go and I have no phone, there is NO tracking number, but I have my case and the trade in box, go figure "
"i ordered a google my case during their cyber monday sale. i carefully reviewed the content policy and confirmed that a picture i took of a doll i own was fine to use. i got a notice the next day that my order had been cancelled because of "copyright violation"?!! after trying for 3 days to get through to someone in customer service i finally got an email back saying that since the order had been cancelled by them i was no longer eligible to receive the the sale price and even though i had told them there was no copy right violation, or any other content violation, they insisted i "must have" violated one of the policies, to get it cancelled, though they were unable to tell me how my picture had violated anything.
google obviously doesn't care about their customers so i will be going elsewhere for all future purchases!"
"5 to 10 per unique hit. My friends sister just cashed her check. Figured i would spread the wealth.

"Ordered the Pixel 3 Oct 20th for $799 on Nov 23rd they reduced the price of the device to $650. In a months time they sold the device for $150 less and wouldn't honor the sale because they have a 15 day window. I will never buy from google in October again since they will drop the prices by $150-$200's in a months time for holiday sales. "
"If you have the ability to be approved for credit, Google Store Credit should NOT be your choice!!! Is is sub par as far as offerings and protection when compared to other standard Credit Card products available. ZERO purchase protection...even when your BRAND NEW 5 days old Pixel 3 goes MISSING! WHY??? B/c the unlocked Google Pixel 3 is a Thief's DREAM STEAL as there is no way to lock it down once it is stolen if they turn it off! Google offers ZERO EMEI lock out means, nor will your carrier b/c you didn't buy it from them and they will tell you to contact Google...who will....guess what??? That's right...tell you they can't do ****!~
"
"- Google didn't tell me shipment was going to require signature at time of purchase
- Google didn't clearly communicate that receivers CANNOT modify the shipment through FedEx
- The receiving party cannot modify the shipment through FedEx - FedEx tells me to contact "the merchant" to make changes. Once I contact "the merchant", (Google), they then tell me they can't guarantee anything, and I won't get any updates for 24 - 48 hours. (To be read dripping with sarcasm) Good job Google, really, exceptional quality of service, let's try to make it as difficult as possible for our customers to manage their order. "
"Deliverryyy slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww .... Customer Support Lateee replyyyyyyy.."
"fa fa qegsf uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"
"Getting my phone delivered has been an absolute nightmare. I have dealt with multiple representatives with no resolution. I will never use google store again."
"Ordered the Google home hub. Got delivery confirmation from Google via email. When I got home, there was no package. Checked security cameras around the time Fed Ex claims they delivered the package and saw no Fed Ex truck. My guess is they delivered it to the wrong address. Contacted support and spoke to Eds who asked me to talk to all my neighbors. I said no, that's not why you buy things online! Eds said he will escalate the matter and I should hear back within 2 days. 4 days pass and nothing. I sent email to Eds and the dude replies back within 15 min saying Google held up their end of the purchase agreement because it shows it was delivered. I need to contact Fed Ex or the police. Google will support me in any way they can. That's a polite way of saying "Oh well. Don't care ." Eds never intended on helping me, he just pretended. I recommend staying clear of the Google store. Buy from a reputable company like Amazon. The store side of Google is brand new. It only started in 2015. But they will soon understand the power of their customers when they lose sales. "
"I ordered a Pixel 2xl then decided to wait on the 3XL. I called Google Customer service and they said you have two choices. 1. Refuse the package. I left a note for the carrier but they ignored it. 2. Print an RMA and send it back. No mention of a restocking fee of $35. I purchased it through Google Financing and figured it was a zero balance but I received a email informing me I was delinquent. This negatively affected my credit score. Really bad customer service communication and a poor policy. "
"Right out of the box the phone touch was unresponsive at times. Agent had me put it on safe mode and still the phone touch randomly didn’t respond. The phone started to heat up while recording a 1:30 minute video. I had to turn off my phone to help cool it down. Speaker phone has issues where I can hear the person but the caller can’t hear me.
I was going to get a replacement and they opened a RMA for the return. I was charged with a hold on my credit card but no phone. I called google and they said there was a hold which I was never informed of because it was back ordered. They tell me there is no guarantee this will not happen again so I said fine I will return it completely. Returning a item is no easy task with google. They had issues closing the RMA until I got a agent who seemed to know what they were doing and was able to further assist in this horrific experience. So goodbye to pixel 3 and all their hype about how great they are and back to the iPhone."
"I ordered through google store in the hope that they would deliver a great service. Wow was I wrong, order not delivered no refund offered yet, the customer care is non existent, get this no complaints procedure, apparently when you get as big as google I guess you don't need one. I got told, don't worry we will take care of it. Escalated 2 complaints so far nothing, so much for taking care of it google. "
"My order still has not arrived, 8 days after the expected delivery date. There is zero tracking information, and on the 21 June, I contacted the Store by email, asked where my order was. I received a generic response saying they would contact me with a response. I still have not heard from them. AND STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER.
Huge lack of communication, awful experience, and I still don't have my product."
