The number you ordered by was not your part number. It tells you to verify that the part number is the same as your original board before you checkout. I have no way to get back the shipping costs and cannot eat the cost because of your lack of knowledge. Had we told you to order that part then I would absolutely paid shipping for you. All you have to do is call us to verify that you are getting the part you need, we are always happy to help our customers find the part number to their board.

Be very careful when ordering from these folks. They may appear as a cheaper option but when I ordered my Inverter board, shipping was more than the part itself. Having seen good reviews, I still chose to order my part from Gopartserv. A few days later I received my part and was excited to finally get this installed and get my TV back! After opening the TV and taking out the original board, I noticed the board that Gopartserv sent was HALF the size if what I just took out of the TV.

Upon reaching out to them to inquire about this, I quickly received the following impersonal email; "Ok, RMA 364558, write that on the box and ship it back.

No email signature, no phone number and definitely nothing asking about why I want to return not any assistance in wanting to help me find the correct part. This should have been my first clue of what I was about to battle.

Eric and I had several subsequent (and more impersonal) email exchanges regarding both the return process as well as trying to get the correct part. Eric was absolutely no help in how to verify getting the correct part. Al he would say (and was said in multiple emails) was he needed the barcode. Nothing with how to get, no offer of help,. I truly believe that Eric could care less about earning my business.

I finally had enough of this treatment, so I attempted to call. After about a 4 minute hold, I received a recording that no one was available to take my call but to be sure to try and use either the live chat feature or email.

I attempted the live chat. There were no prompts or notices that I was in a queue or live with a representative. I typed "hello?". After approx 5 min, I finally got someone to reply. This is where I met John. John was the opposite of Eric and genuinely seemed to care about my situation. John had attempted to work with Eric to come to a resolution. I finally did receive an email from Eric with the correct part that I needed to order. However, no other detail as to how to handle the swap of the wrong part for the new one. I was finally told by Eric the following day that I would be responsible for the shipping of the returned item AND the shipping of the new item.

So at the end of the day, I already spent $10 on the part, $20 on shipping and they want me to spend another $40 on shipping and whatever the new part costs. So in total, I would have paid over $100 on a $10 part.

I know this was a long winded review, but I hope that this detail will save anyone else from experiencing the same mistakes I made by choosing Gopartserv!"
