"I sent in a GoPro Hero 9 camera for warranty repair with a UPS return label issued by GoPro.
I immediately shipped the camera and it was delivered at the GoPro warehouse on 2/19/2021. After one week I inquired about the RMA status and was told that the "camera was in Covid quarantine for up to 7 business days." During the following weeks I called back multiple times but was never able to get a firm commitment when the repaired camera would get shipped back.
Three weeks later I was informed that "Upon further review, we have received a report from the warehouse that they received an empty package" and that they had closed the RMA case with the number 09257478. I called back immediately to dispute that I had sent them an empty package and asked for information how the package was stored while it was in their warehouse. The CSR responded that he "has no insight how the warehouse works" and he was unwilling to pass the phone call to a supervisor.
Stay away from this company. Their products are very good but customer service is as bad as it gets."

"Back in the days I had an issue and was solved right away by chat on gopro website. It seems that they recently changed the website and chat lo longer works (for me at least). The only option is to call the toll free and after 3 calls (one past 1 hour wait) I gave up. I bought the karma bundle and my gimbal and camera are not working properly now. I went on a trip and it was a mess, and recently lost 1h footage of skateboarding. Very frustrated with the problems I'm having and disappointed with support since I can't find a way even to contact them."
