"I typically shop at Gordmans and was very surprised how down hill it has gone. Shelves/aisles were re-arranged and not pleasing to look at. Rug area was such a mess. Things thrown on shelves in the seasonal area no nice displays that there used to be. I was in such an aww of how much of a mess it was. I'm not sure I'd go back if it continues to be this much of a mess, wow I was so shocked and disappointed of how much of a mess it was."

And then two other customer with numerous items in their cart, hurried to get to the check out corral before me. They could easily see I only had one item. It took me 40 seconds max, to check out. They were putting their items on the counter to 3 minutes or longer. Why are people so insensitive?"

"Very nice store. It’s been a while since my family and I have been to one since Appleton stores closed. One day I woke up and decided to come to Green Bay for Gordmans to go back to school shopping for my niece. She picked out and tried on outfits& I opened a credit card. Cashier was really nice and helpful Both visits to Gordmans."

"Hallie the cashier said the Wisconsin apparel was not included however, it clearly was on clearance which rung up and there were multiple same shirts that was on the buy 1 get 1 free rack. Her co-worker Sherri (not a manager) stated it was not on clearance and it could of been another customer that put it on the clearance rack. Really? They acted like we we changed the price tags, how embarrassing. They didn't even bother to go look when I asked them, my husband and I will go and show you where the other shirts are as well. I had asked them why would they be on the rack and if they rung up clearance? They should have taken the apparel out of the rack then if they price tagged them wrong or if they don't belong there. Manager, Lori never came to bother what was going on. Worst service ever. I was asked to see if I wanted a replacement for the free item, I said sure, what would be the difference? Hallie or Sherri couldn't even give me an answer. What a joke. Last time shopping there."
