"The first Associate was very friendly and explained my returned item so I could get my reward back. Made my other purchase and came back to customer service where I left my returned item to finish my final purchase. A younger girl waited on me at that point. She did not converse with me, but once when I asked if the 50% came off the ornaments, she replied yes, I said that's good. Other then that, she was talking back and forth to the other associate with her back facing me till the end of the transaction. Kinda rude, with the back to a customer.. The next question asks for a member to contact me, only if this kind of issue isn't addressed."
