"my general experience this time was exasparating since I was preparing to leave the store satisfied I had gotten what I needed, only to hear the cashier running towards me, frantically telling me the gift card I had purchased hadn't actually rung up. I was in too much of a hurry to meet my husband for lunch, that I simply said for her to take the card back, without challenging her. It wouldn't be till a bit later that I had time to review my Gordman receipt of transaction and see that indeed, the card had been scanned correctly (by her). When I called the store, a mgr wouldn't be in till 2 pm, so more delay in settling this transaction. In the end, he researched the ordeal, and agreed to mail the GC out to me."
