"My boyfriend and I were shopping the Monday before Christmas the entire store was a disaster! I love Gordmans when it was open in Mankato nice customer service and was nicely kept up. I love Gormans products too. This place was very hard to shop like nobody even tried to get things in order! While checking out the Samali or Indian clerk was asking the African American girl to help check people out and she said “Naw” and kept sitting on a chair type item behind the counter! She was asked to help wrap a breakable item I purchased and again she said no and was talking about a suitcase that was behind the counter she needed for when she goes in vacation in a few weeks. Was disappointing to see when she could have been doing so much to organize the place. It was noon and the store was only open for a couple hours so no way could that store have gotten trashed that bad in that little time. I m just recommending for a manager to check it out. I m sure I m not the only one overwhelmed with how messy the store was. I have been in retail in my past jobs and know how busy and trashed a store can get by the end of the day... but man! That was bad... just check it out I would like to go back shopping there again, we drive from Albert Lea.

"I love gordmans! I wish there were more in Minnesota. This trip did seem to have less workers actually helping customers (there were two checkouts open & quite a line. As I finally made it to the register two more staff got behind the desk but didn’t help anyone) I saw no workers as I shopped for 30+ minutes. Also I was looking at clothing hampers and some were being used as trash cans"

"The associate at the checkout register was so busy messing around and being disrespectful with another employee during our checkout. We were the only ones in line and I was extremely frustrated. Our purchase was barely bagged and handed to us before the employee walked away without even giving us the receipt. I had to take the receipt off the register."

"Everything about this store is amazing. I shop here for almost everything besides groceries basically. Prices are unbelievable and variety of selection is amazing."

"This was the worst experience! I always bought my cami tanks there and now you may not carry them any more?! May not?? So you don’t know.. this was a manager I asked.. she said she saw some but don’t remember where. I looked in misses, none, juniors, to small, juniors plus to big. Than I found some with a thicker strap. The lady with the braces was helping me said she was going to go look in one more spot and never came back! The cashier has no customer service! I had a return and intended to return a couple pairs of pants, so $22.99 no she returned the whole dang receipt and I didn’t notice until I got home. So I basically got paid to shop there and than some. I wanted to call but my luck I would probably get over charged. I will never be back to this store, awful! Assoc Id says Kristin. When I got up to the counter no hi how are you? Just demanded to put in your phone number for rewards. When I asked for help she was like ah ok and was stuck up about it! So mad!!"

"It was awful, I came in for tank tops to wear under my sweaters, couldn’t find them in the misses. Once I finally found an associate she pointed to where I can find them, she said if they’re not over there they would be (and she pointed) over to the juniors. Would be nice to actually walk over with the associate. I was looking for a Gopher Sweatshirt, found T-shirts.. I asked a different associate and she said they don’t carry that team items.. I left it thought whatever.. checking out the cashier was a d******!! No personality! I wanted to know the price of a cat Santa statue he called for someone.. he rang up my other items and gave me my total, I said and how much is it for the cat? He said oh yeah and paged again.. a younger girl came over and called over the sku. Rang up as $19.99 which seemed way low! On the receipt it pulled up as metal snowman Santa.. I thought whatever, I purchased it and wanted to get out of that place! The cashier was so dull, no personality!!"
