"My experience I had at Gordman’s tonight was appalling. The store was very messy. I did find one thing to purchase and I stood at the check out line while the employees joked around with each other and were even using profanity. Finally I just walked up and was not greeted. After the transaction the employees crumpled my receipt, set it on top of my item, did not offer me a bag, and did not even tell me to have a good night. I have never felt so unwelcome in my life. It was so disappointing."
