"I was very upset that you guys did not honor your clearance price making me pay double the clearance posted price. I feel that it was not a mistake as the item rang up at exactly double the listed sticker price. Also this item was in the clearance section and the only one around. I would love it if you made this right and sent me a 20 dollar gift card. Good customer service is key and i did not feel that i got that at this visit. I know that it is the right thing to do to honor your clearance prices as it is a law here to give the customers the listed price."

"Christmas season so expected it to be busy and it was very busy. Store was a mess because if sloppy shoppers, but again to be expected during this time of the year"
"I use to love this store until this past weekend(12-9-18). My car got robbed and the theives returned the packages. Gordmans gave the theives in store credit. Went we went to talk with the manager ( after he dealt with the cops and was aware there was a police report and video survalence was taken) and the manager reported that they could cancel the in store credit given to the theives but would not give us our purchase back. So we then had to pay twice and they got paid twice. I am sorry to say that Gordmans did this to an 18 year old college student that just got everything taken from her ( My daughters back pack was locked in the trunk which they stole so she just lost everything she had ready for her college finals that start 5 days from this event. (laptop, notes, papers that she start). My daughter spent her last 60$ at Gordmans so she could get Christmas presents and they did not even have a heart to give her the package back instead they were gready and made us pay for them. As a nice parent we paid for her. Unfortunately we can't make an insurance claim since the deductible on my insurance meets the theft. You would think a company like Gordmans could make good but instead they were gready."
