"I shopped at Gordmans E location and never had a associate not want to serve me because of my race. I experienced this at the West store location and was embarrassed and hurt by another lady consumer offering to pay for my purchases because she heard the associate discriminate against me and it made her ill. The event hurt me and i was embarrased about the situation. She met me outside and hugged me and said how sorry she was i had to go through that . I feel like i am not wanted to shop there. It hurt my feelings."
