"The associate checking me out was new and unsure of show me... she said, well apparently these didn't get the clearance sticker they shoud have. I told the cashier to not apply my (2) $10 Gordmans gift cash any more. She said, Oh, I won't, the next time you shop, it will be in the system for you to use. I said, by total seems prettyt low, are you sure you didn't apply those $10 credits? She said I'm sure, you'll have those the next time you shop. Well, I just got home and looked at my receipt, and what a joke. how to see if the purchases were ringing up at the price I was told they should. She told me that. When I questioned the 50% off I was told about, the Manager was very rude to me when I told her that's what the associate I asked for help told me. She insisted the items I had that rang up 50% off were marked as clearance by the sticker on them, however, when I asked what that looked like, there was no clearance sticker on them. Overall, the associate in home furnishing messed up and didn't admit it. The store Manager was VERT RUDE to me and handled things unprofessionally for being a Manager. NO I'm sorry for any miscommunication, or ANYTHING! Just RUDE and embarrassed me."
