"I was surprised when I arrived and the store had been rearranged or was in the process of being rearranged. So it was a bit difficult to find things. It was also odd to be greeted at the door by an associate it is a nice gesture however the person should make eye contact and be friendly and speak clearly I was unsure if he was standing there because he had no work to do or if he was an actual door greeter. He spoke and I didn’t know if he was talking to us so I had to ask him what he said."
