"I shop here at least once a week"

"When I entered the store, I was ecstatic to find such a wide variety of clearance items! I was so happy that I had found eight things for the buy one get one free promotion! I thought I had a bargain! My checkout experience ruined my entire visit. First of all, the woman helping me was extremely rude when I asked to sign up for rewards and inquired about coupons. Not friendly even in the slightest bit. She was slamming the keyboard entering in my information. And then when I was asking why some things did not take off the BOGO promotion she said that’s our regular prices. I said all of these were on the clearance rack with multiple sizes of the same outfit? She said ok? Well maybe someone put multiple of them back. How am I supposed to know what is and what is not clearance? I went through four huge racks of clothes and everything had a mark down price. She didn’t apologize for the confusion and made me not even want to purchase. I only did so to do this survey!"
