We both laughed. Was very friendly and happy. You don't get that a lot anymore & especially this time of year. Retail this time of year is hard. Workers get treated terrible. This cashier was delightful!"

"I went into gordmans one night and the coupon I had wasn’t good till the next day! I went back the next day and I had asked if I could return my poncho I had boughten and re buy it but use the coupon and the girl said no I couldn’t do that!! I wasn’t sure why and she didnt seem to explain very well"
"I usually have a good experience at this location. However, this was my first time being followed around the store. Once I got to the register, the same associate checked me out that followed me and my sister around. I did mention to her that I noticed it and that it wasn’t right. I also stated that I could afford to shop there and that you shouldn’t judge people like that. But what happened next was worse, when ringing me up she purposely made it so that my card would decline and did it not once but twice. I also told her that I knew what she was doing and when I walked away I saw her laughing. This is very unprofessional and no one should be judged based off of their race. I have never experienced this at Gordmans before. Just sad."
