She was able to look me up and I was able to purchase my products which I had no idea that could be done! Very impressive! "It was a rough shopping experience. I walked in, looking for coats and shoes. I knew where shoes were and kept my eyes peeled for coats. I went through womens and didnt see any coats anywhere. Found the shoes but 5here were only a few that were my size. I found one pair I liked ok, but would have preferred a much larger selection, which I think you could provide, with Payless Shoe Store having closed, people will need somewhere else to buy better priced shoes. So I think that would be a smart move for gordmans. As I leave shoes I check for baby clothes for my youngest, but clearance is all mixed up and all the clothes have moved around since last time. That turns me off. Then I start looking for sales associates throughout the store. Once I've done a pretty full sweep I realize there wont be any help for me today to find a coat. So I go to check out but there is a line with about 6 people in front of me, 3 store associates checking people out as well, so 9 separate transactions."
