"I'm so disgusted today. I had Gordmans hold product because it would fit in my SUV. When I arrived to pick it up. They had put it back. I spent an hour looking for it and it wasnt their. When I went to pay for my items, then the girl tells me they sold my merchandise after I left. I was fuming after looking for it on the floor for over an hour. Very poor service. I was just too done. No apologies, or nothing. Im so angry right now."

I actually let Melissa know I would like my purchase to be treated like I was spending money at this store. I took my items out of the bag, folded and placed my items back in the bag. I asked her if she would like her items to be treated in this manner. Her reply was she gave me a number of clothes she looked at everyday and she said she wouldn't care. I think she needs another job. People spending money for things do care. I have had this happen before and did the same thing."

"Everyone seemed to be Christmas shopping the lines were long but the associates (at least mine) didn't seemed hassled or perturbed. She was efficient, courteous and kind and even had a sense of humor. Her name was Damiana and her Assoc # was 002799277. She deserves some praise for her good work and attitude."
