"The item I was looking for was a certain color Miztique Crossbody Purse. I had just purchased 2 about 1 1/2 months ago. Didn't see any at all in the store. An associate said they didn't have more at all, she didn't know if they would get more in or not. She suggested I go to Stage.com to look, since Stage was the new owners."

"This store is NOT the store I've known and LOVED shopping at from years in the past. This store is now very JUNKY, CROWDED AND ITEMS ARE NOT VERY WELL PLACED. ITEMS ARE VERY LIMITED AND POOR/LOW QUALITY. THEY NO LONGER CARRY THE PERFUMES I USE TO BUY, SUCH AS JLO GLO, PERRY ELLIS, ****',WHITE DIAMONDS AND SEVERAL OTHERS AS WELL AS A VARIETY OF SCARVES, PURSES AND A VERY LIMITED SELECTION OF COLLEGE NAMED APPAREL FOR THE KANSAS JAYHAWKS,. ITEMS ARE HARD TO FIND. THE STORE'S BATHROOMS AND FLOORS AND STORE IN GENERAL ARE ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!I REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW THIS STORE IS ALLOWED TO STAY OPEN! I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF IT CLOSED DOWN! THIS IS NO LONGER MY GO TO STORE! ABSOLUTELY A POOR EXCUSE FOR A STORE THAT IS IN A PRIME LOCATION!"

"It was good. The store wasnt crowded so it was easy getting through the racks. No waiting for a fitting room as well. Went to check out and then that was the bad part. There were two cashiers both helping customers. One of them also manned the perfume case as well and ringing up the customer. That increases the wait time for the following customer. There should be a separate assistant to help a customer select a fragrance and then the customer can go get in line for a smoother checkout. The other cashier had a customer that took just as long to checkout but I'm not surprised because she bought a ton of items. Not bothered there. The wait time was today was excessive."

"My mother in law was making a purchase as well and was accused of putting a sticker on a clearanced item she would have received for free with the promotion going on, when it was in fact marked down. She ended up cancelling her order because the employees at the register, except the one who helped me, were rude. They had also been talking about other customers who refused to make their purchases as well in front of us and others in line. It was very, very poor customer service which i have never experienced at any Gordmans. It makes me not want to go to one again, especially this one. It was also very cluttered and unorganized. The bathroom was also a mess and i was hesitant in changing my daughter. The only reason I did was because there were liners."

"My experience was good up until check out. The cashier asked for me to put in my phone number for rewards. She then asked if I wanted to use my $10 reward. I told her yes. During this time I already had my $10 reward pulled up from my email. She rang me up. I asked if she needed to scan my coupon, she said no. When she told me the total I questioned two times whether the $10 applied to my total and she assured me it had. I paid and the receipt printed and I of course noticed my $10 reward was not applied. When I again mentioned it to her, she said “it must not have registered” and acted like “oh well”. She did not offer to redo the transaction. She looked for the next customer to come up and check out. Since she was the only cashier, I decided to just leave. I left very irritated."
