"All in all, my general Gordmans experience was nice, however, I do wish employees were more sociable while I was shopping the store; no one asked if I needed help or had any questions nor was I greeted while entering the store.The checkout line was terrible. There was one person in front of me and no one behind me, yet after the person infront of me had already made their purchase and left the store, it took over 3 minutes for the cashier to actually let me come to the register to chceck-out. That is absolutely dumb and shouldn't ever happen."

"General experience is very good and usually always is. Today the cashier seemed to be a bit distracted (or tired) and was complaining about another employee. This was very unprofessional. Once I got home and unpacked my bags I noticed she didn’t wrap my ornaments (all four were fairly fragile) but luckily they were in tact. My biggest pet peeve is people who work with the public and seem to be “bothered” by their customers. I’m hoping she was just having a bad morning and otherwise has a pleasant attitude. It will not deter me from shopping at Gordman’s!"
