"It's harder to look around without feeling overwhelmed. I do less buying now (good for me, bad for you) because it's not as easy to see things I like quickly. I still like Gordmans but it's not as easy to shop now"

However, during checkout of the items purchased for my husband, the associate checking us out heard me saying I was disappointed that I had not found the item I was trying to find. The associate told me that they did have the item I was looking for and told me exactly where to find it! I was so excited to find the item I had been seeking and had looked for in several other stores."
"Limited in the kinds of apparel I was looking for. Music was poor in taste (my preference), and I wasn't approached or acknowledged until check-out. I did find an unexpected item for work that I purchased and was satisfied with that purchase."
