"I was so offended when the clerk called the manager over regarding a discrepancy on registered price and the tagged price. I was purchasing two bags, one was marked 21.98 and the other 10.98, the manager said they were 21.98 and the tag was incorrect. I asked if they could honor both at the lower price and she accused me of switching the tags. She then turned around and laughed."

"I love Gordmans, but there were four people waiting in line and only one checker. The two women (they were together) had lots of items, so it took a long time. Everyone in line was getting frustrated and were wondering why another cashier was not called. Finally, the one cashier called for another one to come, but it took awhile. Very poor customer service."
