"This go-around wasn't how I expect a run-of-the-mill day at Gordman's to be, this was during peak holiday rush, so it was busy as heck, line to the register took forever, people all over the place, somewhat diminished selection... Overall I might consider shopping at Gordman's more for myself or for gifts outside of holiday frenzy time, and if I have more time to shop in the one store, there's a lot to look at and it's the kind of place you have to walk all the way around to take in fully. Detracting part was the layout, it's a little tight and low visibility across the store; I came in looking for a wallet for my mom, which I found no problem, but was also idly looking for a winter coat for myself, and stumbled upon no such section in my brief walkabout, so I left with just the wallet."
