"Overall I had a good experience, however, I ended up standing in the check-out line for almost a half hour because I had an old gift card that I wanted to use for payment. I was informed that the store had switched companies so they needed to call it in and verify. The associate was very apologetic and kind, but we ended up waiting on hold for almost 25 minutes just to verify that my never-before-used gift-card had a balance. She said she wasn’t able to suspend the transaction because I had already used a gift card as partial payment and wasn’t able to finish the transaction with the second gift card until it was verified. This was extremely frustrating. I was unable to do the rest of my shopping because this took so long and I specifically took time off of work so I could shop when stores were not as busy. Please find a better way to make this process faster."

"I was charged sales tax on an item that is not subject to sales tax. When I informed the associate of this, she told me that since it came up as taxable on the register, there was nothing she could or would do. This overcharging is unacceptable and might be the subject of a class action law suit."
