"I love Gordmans, but the old Gordmans before a bunch of stores closed was much better. Now I feel like I am looking through racks at a thrift store. I wish there was more oragnization to the clothes you are looking through. This has actually caused me to not even look at items and just walk out of the store in the past. If I wasn't desperate to find a new pair of pants today, I would have done the same thing today. I can not stand a disorganized mess like that, nor do I have the patience to look through those racks. A little disappointed in the way that Gordmans has restocked after they pulled almost everything out of the store."

"One of the items I purchased rang up $2 higher than the price tag, which happens BUT my niece was also over-charged on THREE of the four items she purchased which indicates a dishonest pricing scam. Unfortunately we didn't notice the overcharges until later that day and the store is too far away to justify driving back for $7 or $8 so I guess we're just out of luck. Lesson learned: Gordmans = dishonest."

"If you consider humiliating a young customer with her own credit card professional, Inhope you are out of business in no time. Lisa was rude, and beyond professional. My daughter asked her to run her card as credit as it was a prepaid card. Lisa would not stop running as debit. My daughter explained its credit and she refused to process as credit. I really appreciate her embarrassing and humiliating the heck out of my daughter. Real classy employees you have."

"The best thing about shopping at Gordman's, was Melinda's customer service. She had a smile on her face even before we got to the register and she was the one that greated us at the door when we first walked in. She was knowledgeable about any questions we asked and she was very outgoing and helpful. Her customer service impacted us and will definitely have us coming back to shop with Gordman’s in the near future. She made the difference with our shopping experience."
