"We were shopping close to closing time and they announced the store would be closing in 15 minutes. Then they turned off the lights. When we made it to the checkstand we had to wait while 1 sales associate was checking people out. There were 3 other sales associates, 1 appeared to be a manager, wondering around the checkstand area. None of them offered to assist us. The person that appeared to be a manager was barking orders at the others. It did not seem to be very professional. I realize we were shopping close to closing but turning the lights out with 15 minutes left was in my opinion very rude. We were looking for something on the way to the checkstand and when the lights went out we were not able to see anything. So you potentially missed out on additional sales."
"This was a very fun shopping trip with my 'bonus' daughter. Everything on clearance was 3.99 so we went crazy!! Then at the register she said you have a 20.00 bonus and a 10.00 bonus. So right off the top I saved even more money! It is such a great feeling to get new clothes and at those prices I am buying a bunch to donate to some families for Christmas. Thanks for making it possible. I have to say that I love the fact you carry plus sizes in clothes that are cute. :) You made my holiday merry and bright."
