"Angel was my cashier and I had an issue with getting my 10% discount on my 1st purchase with my credit card. He was young and nervous and I am sure he has had his fair share of unhappy customers. It took 3 phone calls but we finally was able to complete my purchase. I was not upset with him but I think there should be more training on what to do when something like this happens. I just want to give him kuddos because he stayed engaged and didn't give up on my problem. He had asked a supervisor who acted like my issue was not a big deal and wasn't willing to go the extra mile to get my problem fixed. I live 2 hours away and traveled that distance to specifically shop at Gordman's. I spent 3 hours in the store picking out my purchases. I would not have came back and would have cancelled my credit card. Angel was determined to fix my issue and I really appreciated it. This survey talked about online shopping. I guess I didn't realize I could have shopped online. Can someone send more information on this?"
