"I feel the associates were very friendly, polite and helpful but did NOT have all the appropriate resources readily available to be successful at handling questions about Gordman credit card accounts and the transition to Stage??? As a paying credit card customer, I feel I should have been notified in writing that my account was frozen instead of showing available credit I can use online. This is misleading. I was also never notified that I would have to REAPPLY to continue enjoying credit I spent years earning with my close to excellent payment history. Now I have gone from having a $1,740 credit limit, to a new credit limit of $200. I really don't feel valued as a customer as the emails I continue to get from GORDMANS suggests I am."
