"The store was not organized very well at all. You could not tell where anything was as far as looking for the area you needed. THere are to many sections for the plus sizes and they took up most of the room. Then the other area's where the tops were had no large or extra large tops. Those were all small and medium. The shoe department was terrible and not organized. It was so bad you could not find the sizes you needed and they were all mixed together. The floor was a big mess. I am just so dissatisfied with this store. The other one was great with better selections. This one reminds me of a thrift store. Sorry but it's true. Thanks!"

"Only 1 associate and she wasn't friendly, nor would she get out of your way so you could look. She just kept on rearranging art work and looking at you seeing a customer, and wouldn't move out of the way. I guess customers shop at another store for artwork. Very RUDE"

"My daughter and I were excited to check out the new location, and were disappointed. Usually we have to set a limit on how much we spend, it’s easy to go overboard at this store.We ended up buying 1 item. All the racks looked like clearance, store was messy, lots of clothes fallen on the floor. There used to be associates at the fitting rooms. This time there was none, just “help yourselves” sign, which was not clearly visible. Customers who walked in the fitting room area, while I was waiting for my kid, looked confused, asked me if they can just go in. A guy walked in, wasn’t sure if the fitting rooms were for both men and women. I still don’t know the answer to this. Two associates walked in, didn’t acknowledge the customers, just talked about “at least the clothes left on the floor are not inside out this time” chit chatted, cleaned out the fitting rooms and left. Shoe Dept. size signs are covered by shoe boxes on top shelves and not clearly visible, Dept. was a terrible mess."
