"The layout of th Childrens dept was all over the place. The selection was not very big. I had to wait in line for over 10 minutes with two little kids because there was only one cashier."

"Gordman's was awesome! I do think that they should have someone on the floor picking up re-shop items. There was a broken mirror on the floor (no shattered glass, just the plastic edges) that no one picked up. The staff were friendly and helpful. I found more than I was looking for which is always nice. The cashier was great, she stuck up great conversation and informed me of the Gordman's credit card. Overall a nice experience and I'll definitely be back."

My last visit I could have easily bought more but isles were not clear and getting through the sections I wanted to browse was more of a challenge than it has been in the past. "As I walked in, the lady at the counter was busy with things and there were no customers in line, so I went straight to her, on crutches. It's obvious that I'm handicap but she told me where the line is. I was not going to walk all the way to the beginning of the line in crutches and wait to be called. Right then, a customer was in line and was called to the next available cashier. Show some respect for hand-caps and quit playing games...that's abuse. Also, I've been to the stores three times in the last week (with crutches) and each time was greeted by a greeter. The first two days, the greeters were young and friendly. My visit today was greeted by an older female who was also friendly but also went out of her way to open the door for me. The two younger ones did not."
