"It's a real bummer that you have to spend the same amount or more money on items to get points and the reward amount you get is less than it used to be. It's nice that there are a few things that you can get at a lower price vs. a higher end department store, like the perfumes and colognes. The clothing styles are all over the place. There are some clothes on the discount racks that I don't think were ever in style in any decade. So, shopping for clothes is frustrating and too time consuming here. The associates are stellar, though. I actually enjoy checking out at this Gordman's. All of the associates have always been so nice. Especially the ones that have worked there for a long time. The young gentleman, Isaiah, that checked me out this evening was on point with his customer service. He needs to be rewarded because younger customer service reps at outlet stores in the mall here could eat his dust. It was such a nice and rare experience to have someone take such care in not only handling my purchased products and bagging them carefully, but also showing politeness and respect in a genuine way. He made me smile and happy to have made my purchase. I believe he had checked out a purchase I made a few times before this one and he was just as amazing."

"Shopping was great although I had a gift card and was unable to use it due to the store changing gift card formats. The cashier tried to call bit there was a 30 minute wait to find out if I still had money on the card. I passed up an offer to stand there and wait to speak to someone on the phone so I was not able to use the gift card."

"I LOVE Gordmans, however, I feel that the prices have increased this year on some items which means I will more than likely purchase less items from Gordmans and shop more at TJMaxx on certain items. I have also noticed that Gordmans no longer carries Quicksilver brand for boys...this disappoints me, as I have always boughten my son’s Quicksilver clothes from Gordmans. Thank you for this opportunity to voice my opinion. And as always thank you for still offering some great items at affordable prices."
