"My experience was fine until checkout. there were no customers in line when I went to check out. But, the manager and 2 other associates were checking each other out and each had several items in the cart. We asked are you going to check us out since you are all on the clock and the manager said yes we will come someone up from the back or you can wait until we complete this. My sister told them she works in sales and she knows that is not to be done while they are on the clock. so, they offered her 15% additional off. It was definitely a terrible experience."

"My sister and I were the only two in line. There was one register open and the clerk was checking out another customer. There was another worker unpacking products at another register. After about five minutes of waiting the other clerk finally offered to check me out and the customer in front of us completed their multiple transactions so that clerk stated to check my sister out, except there was something wrong with the register and they had to move to a second register to complete the transaction. Then the item my sister was buying did not ring up at the sale price. These were all minor issues, but it did make our check out longer then it should have been. It was late Sunday night and the store was not busy at all.Next issue this survey is too long and some of the questions are redundant. You asked my age range twice and the general question about the store quality was asked twice in different ways. I don't believe this type of survey needs to validate a respone by asking it different ways."

"I was not greeted at the door like the survey asked but I prefer no greeting especially if the checkout area needs additional help. The checkout was quick, extremely pleasant and the biggest plus was the whole shopping experience was not stressful at all. That's very important to someone who prefers not to shop. Only thing I can say for improvement is the jewelry selection, men's tall sizes and an option to have one of those mini carts. I do not like to shop but I'd go back to Gordman's because of the overall selection, friendly staff, great prices and stress free experience."
