"Store was great. Susanne however, was not. She had a grimace on her face. No hi was ever said. Simply said I can help you. She asked if I had a rewards account, and I told her no. She said Press the red button if you don't. I hit it, but then heard her tell her coworker or not! very snotty-like as if i hadn't hit it. She never smiled once, and didnt say thank you. Very rude checker and the smile i came with was NOT there when I left!"

"The cashier was rude, and short. You could tell she did not want to be there working. Rolled her eyes when we walked up to check out. Then when I put my CC into the payment machine as prompted to by the machine the cashier barked really rudely “do not do that yet” I advised her that the machine prompted me to do so, and she just responded “oh”. This cashier should just be put in another dept. where she has no interactions with customers. She was very rude, and had a **** poor attitude."

"I am very sad tonight as I write this review. That was always such a fun place to shop. Not sure I want to go back. I sure hope someone looks into this. With the holiday shopping right around the corner if that store stays in it's disarray state I am sure many people will find other places to shop. As for the bathroom, just before I went in an employee came out, so I know she saw what it looked like and chose not to do anything about it. Also the bathroom floor looked as if it had not been cleaned in a month. The employees were putting out more merchandise, but maybe they should take a day and pick it up first. I only wish i would have taken pictures so you could have seen what I saw."
