"Ive been shopping at Gordmans for a few years now. This time, I was incredibly disappointed when I went to cash out. I waited in line 5+ minutes and when I got up there, my boyfriend wanted to start a gordmans credit card. He went through the process and got approved. Then the 20% discount was never put on so they had to pull it back to give us the discount. Then she had to re-ring up each individual item, and we had a lot of stuff. Instead of scanning everything, she typed in the SKU # because it was faster but it wasnt. I'm not sure what happened after that, but my boyfriend couldnt pay with his new card for god knows why. By this time, we had been at the register for 40 minutes. When we were finally able to leave after they told us to call back tomorrow to get it figured out, I grabbed our bags and we left. I then drove an hour home just to find out my necklaces were never put in the bag. I called back and they said they would look for them, but no guarantees. Very disappointed."
"I love Gordman’s and when a lot of the stores in Michigan closed I was so pleased that the Wyoming store was still open. Today I went in and wasn’t greeted and didn’t see an employee until I went to cash out which is where the associate named destini was quite rude to me and my friend. She didn’t Try and pick up small talk just very robotic trying to get me to pay and leave. Wasn’t very inviting despite this I’ll still come back."
"Horrible! I felt like the cashier didn’t want to help me today & I would rather wait 5 or 10 minutes for someone that didn’t mind helping me! Please remind Mackenzie that she choose this job it didn’t pick her & remind her that the customers provides her pay check!!!!"

"I really enjoy shopping at gordmans,but was quite disappointed today because I had received an e-mail telling me about the grand opening celebrations and that on march 21,the first 105 guests would receive a free tote bag.Since I was coming there anyway,I decided to leave early to take advantage of the free tote offer. When I got there at 9 am which is the opening time,the doors would not open and you could'nt get in.you were not able to get in until about 9:15. there were not very many customers yet. I finished my shopping and checked out but nobody ever offered me a free tote bag. It's not a big deal but if you offer something , then you should have it available. Tote bags always come in handy."
