"Horrible. I have been coming to this location almost weekly for years. It is ridiculous to not accept a coupon that has Gordmans name on it due to the purchase by a different company. The store says Gordmans, the receipt says Gordmans, the survey says Gordmans, but you won't take a coupon that says Gordmans?! Even worse, is the way I was treated by your supervisor on duty. She was clearly young and did not care about the representation of her company whatsoever. When I told her I didn't feel I was being respected, she laughed and said 'ooookkkaaay'. I am not a confrontation or troublesome customer. I have only called 2 stores in the past five years with complaints- but I've never been treated this poorly by staff. The supervisor on duty Thursday Nov 30th morning was Krissy or Kristy... unless she lied about her name too. I hope Gordmans understands that in this day and age customer service is imperative and Gordmans just lost a loyal customer over $10 and the attitude of your employee."
