"I ordered a four pole breaker in early June 2022. No product showed up (now mid-July) and no response provided to multiple emails.
Very poor experience.
I would advise shoppers to avoid this site, even when prices look appealing.

Maybe this person's time would be better spent actually addressing the problem instead of telling me to check my spam and junk email box, which of course it isn't there, because they never responded to multiple requests for a quote. My husband and I ordered 3 reels of #3 wire from Gordon's and was quoted $95 S & H. After placing the order and paying for it on line we get a phone call the next day stating that there will be an additional $165 S & H fee. WHAT A CROCK OF CRAP!!! You don't quote one price one day then up the price the next day just because you messed up and expect to keep my business. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!"

"On November 26 I placed a small order for lampholders to be used to repair our church´s crèche. A confirmation was received that day. Goods were not received and on 12/12 I learned that my church´s credit card was charged.
When I searched my email for the confirmation I discovered an email dated Dec. 3 that I had discarded as phishing-the header simply said Margaret Lamb and and a Bid number with "web order." Nothing to indicate it came from Gordon Electric. The one line email stated that the price was wrong and would not be honored, quoting a higher price. Attached to that email was the price quote with the original price, stating clearly that the price was firm for 30 days. This writing constitutes a firm offer under the UCC and can not be withdrawn during the firm offer period.
When I complained, the reply I got was that the item was out of stock and not expected to be in until mid January (all new info--why was the credit card charged then??). I responded (with copy to CEO and marketing Manager) they did not address whether they intended to honor the price they quoted, and what about a substitute (there was another Leviton lampholder at same size and price). The same person responded that they would honor the price but I would have to wait. They refused to ship the equivalent goods.
At that point I ordered from another vendor.
Update 12/16/13
On 12/16 the CFO/Credit Manager, a Mr. Molthan, contacted me by telephone. He was a world of difference from my prior email exchanges. He is arranging for the shipment of the equivalent lampholders at the company's expense.
While my initial experience was poor (1 star) Mr. Molthan did go beyond what the company needed to do. Since I had already ordered from another vendor, I'll have more than I need, but it's good to have some on the shelf for future needs. My ratings have therefore been adjusted to reflect that the management has made a sincere effort to make good, which I very much appreciate."
