There is a return policy at the store, but as it's international it costs a lot to return, and as it's criminal I doubt they'd return it.

Real Spyder jackets will have a tag with the model and number, also they will have a cloth for wiping the goggles. Finally, real Spyders have a tag color that is kept secret until the last minute. Go to a legit site, look up the year model for a jacket, and then compare the coloring with any questionable vendor- also make sure it has the right colored tag, model name and number, and goggle wipe cloth.
The knockoff jackets are made with inferior materials, which is a danger when you're counting on waterproof material. They also lose color fast."
