"I've been fighting with this company for almost 4 years to get my refund. On their web page at the time said "100% Guaranteed". I returned a GPS that cost me $155.39 by UPS so I had a tracking number that was signed for and received on 3-29-07. After leaving numerous messages and emails, I didn't get a response or refund or returned GPS. I contacted my credit card company, Better Business Bureau and even the Department of Justice for California, who said I'd have to take it to small claims court. I live out of State so went back to trying to contact company to no avail so they just stole my money!"
