"the company says they are based in CA, but the product I received (which was incorrect) had nothing but Chinese instructions. Even the little picture code to scan for a how to install video pulled up a Chinese video app. I contacted customer service by email since they sent the wrong item anyway, and have played email tag back and forth. I started, saying I received a glass screen protector when I ordered a flwxible tpu type. CS emails backs, says, strange, send us a pic of what you reveived. I do, and they reply again, that is the item listed on our website. Very clearly on the box it says glass screen protector. I email again, saying I ordered flexible, and get a response asking me to send pictures of the items inside the box. As if the contents might not match the description on the box? Still no response. Called the number listed, it goes to a generic cell phone voice-mail. All in all, do not be scammed by them. "

"I ordered a screen protector from these guys for an iPhone xr that was advertised to have a little more coverage than just the display. As I scrolled through the pictures of the product, I came across one that says protective curved design. The screen protector I received was a flat piece if glass that covered nothing but the display. I called in and spoke to a representative and he said that they only have 1 screen protector then asked if I ordered the one with the black outline as if they indeed have others. He did not want to help me at all. I am upset because even though it wasn’t very expensive, it was still money basically thrown away as I did not get what I was looking for. "

"Purchased a LG V20 Battery recently, battery didn't hold a very good change, returned. I had to call to see when the replacement is being shipped back. It has now been 2 weeks since they received it and they said they will get it out today. They need to fix their response time and let the customers know what is going on. "I ordered the product on a weekend, expecting it would ship by Mon./Tues., latest and I received shipping notification that it would ship on Tuesday and providing tracking info. HOWEVER, on Wed., I check the tracking and the post office still does not have the package! I contacted support and was given an excuse and that my product (replacement battery for cell phone) would not arrive until Sat.!! I was given a 1-3 day delivery window when I ordered the product, but they can't even get it out of the facility in that time and then they send it by standard first class mail!! "I bought two quantum wireless pro power banks from these folks. One of the power banks wireless charge stopped working. I sent them an email explaining what happened & got an immediate response. They sent a return label for the broken charge and immediately replaced it with a new one. I am a very satisfied customer. I have never had trouble with them. Some of the products didn't last but I also didn't pay much for them. "

According to USPS It only had my name, city, state and zip code and was returned to sender.
After 15 days, multiple emails, and argumentative responses from nancy and sharon in their horrible customer support department, I still have not received a refund or my order. Then was told I would be banned from ordering in the future.

"I ordered the wrong size glass and not only paid for the return shipping as required but also pre paid the shipping for the correct size glass. They received the return on January 8th and when I called them today (the 23rd) they finally processed a refund but denied receiving the pre paid label to ship out my replacement. The representative was rude and condescending and stated they clearly shouldn't have given me a refund. I followed all instructions sent by email and now the original rep who helped me conveniently no longer works there. I have paid over $18 in shipping for a $12 item. I planned on re ordering the correct size glass from them but they have stolen my pre paid shipping label and I will not give them another penny. Avoid this company at all cost!"
"Was going to place an order for a replacement battery for my Galaxy Note 4 and had questions about a few products and even an email promotion I received. Customer service both through their direct website and through Facebook DMs were never responded to. Never placed my order for fear that if I get poor service now, what would I receive later.
I left a negative review summarizing their lack of response on their FB site, they promptly removed it. Pretty crooked and shady."
"First of all their phone number that says to call us on go straight to a camel jockey scam number who tries to steal your identity. Yet their packaging still has that number in bold print on the back of it. It's also the same number that's available on their website or on any Google site that gives you their phone number. When selecting a battery to purchase it says to be sure and follow the instructions so that your battery will be able to charge fully. That will extend its life and the talk time. Well they don't give you any instructions. And when I search the web site and YouTube It Only provides it for the extended life battery. I would never get the extended life battery because I don't believe there new phone case backing would be of any quality. I asked the woman where the batteries are manufactured she told me by Gorilla Gadgets in Santa Ana California. Not true it's Chinese battery and from what I can tell anybody can order from the manufacturer and put their own name on it. But mostly I would never order from this company again because they don't warn people about their phone number going to a camel jockey scam company somewhere in the Middle East who steals people's identity. Or maybe they do know that goes there and that's why they haven't warned anybody. The company is definitely run by sub third world nation people as they have no sense of quality or customer service"
"I bought 2 batteries from gorilla gadgets. First off one battery did not even connect to my phone, already had issues and had to send back second, they send me a new battery which was working fine and the other battery that came in with my first battery would not charge over 15 percent so I called gorilla gadgets and tried to get another replacement on the second battery that was not working, and basically they said it was my fault that the battery had broke and that I need to charge my battery for 10 hours straight a day or the battery will not work properly, and basically the lady just kept insisting on me getting my money back and just giving them their products back would not take the time to listen to me and trying to explain to them that a normal person changes their phone through out the day I cannot take 10 hours out of my day to charge my phone for 10 hours straight just so my battery charges, right? So it doesn't break, and basically, the lady said, if I don't charge it 10 hour strength every single time I put the charger on it, then the battery is going to break horrible product, horrible service, horrible customer service. And I promise you. I will never be buying from gorilla gadgets again in my life, I hope they get shut down due to horrible service and horrible product."
