"I ordered binders, dividers and highlighters for a small seminar with 20 students. Selection was good and prices were the best I found. And free next-day shipping really sealed the deal. I was disappointed however when one of the binders was damaged, inside of a box that was gouged during shipping. I cannot use this binder for a seminar attendee, as they pay a fee for attending; they deserve first rate binders! I wonder if greater care was used during the packing of the boxes, the binder inside would not have been damaged even though the box was crunched during shipping. I will order from Gorilla again, as everything else was perfect and the damage seemed out of the ordinary."
