"Gorilla Office Supplies failed to include my suite number in the ship to address, thus causing a delay in UPS delivery. The invoice shows that I did give the correct and complete address and somehow UPS did not received that information. I received my order 3 days late and it required me to call UPS customer service, which made things worse because I was on the phone with an incompetent CS rep from another country for 20 minutes. Overall, I rate your company 2 stars because I did receive the correct product I ordered, albeit late. I will probably never buy anything from your again. "
