"This was a horrible experience. Ordered 18 shirts a week later I received 16 shirts. I called to find out why and talked with an angry man who gave me lip before telling me that the 2 I ordered were not in stock and that they issued me a refund the night before the call. He told me that if I ordered the 2 shirts in a different color that I would be refunded shipping. I then contacted my customer and found out if she wanted a different color and unfortunately, she did. I ordered 2 more shirts plus paid to ship again. I had to call back and argue with another angry representative about my shipping refund. Here we are 3 days later and I just got an email stating that my last 2 shirts shipped. I will NEVER order from these ungrateful and arrogant fools again and I warn you all to steer clear of this company."

Once you call and get the department for returns you will only get this one guy by the name of Chris which has to be the rudest guy you'll ever talk to. When you ask for a manager according to Chris the manager works from 1am-8am, I have never experienced anything like this. "I ordered a shirt that I needed for a function. When I got the package and opened it, it was a wind breaker jacket! There was only 1 slip on the package that had a number to call. I also went online to find how to return it. An RA# is required which is no on the slip. I sent 2 emails requesting someone to contact me since I have 21 days to return it. That was over a week ago and still no response! I am now stuck with a jacket I don’t want!!! SO, buyer beware!! Vey disappointing since I order from Amazon ALL the time! "I was excited to see shirts in my size on the Sears website. I ordered 3 different colors. One was sold by Sears and the other two were sold by GotApparel. The shirts themselves seem to be decent quality but the size was not even close to my other shirts in that size so I needed to return them. The Sears shirt was easy to return. After two weeks of attempting to return the shirts to GotApparel I still have no luck. They have not responded to my direct message nor have they responded to Sears' multiple attempts on my behalf to have them initiate return. I intend to contact my credit card to see what they can do for me. "
"I ordered one shirt so that I could see how they fit before ordering a huge bulk of them. Keep in mind, these are $22 shirts so I wanted to be sure they were perfect! I ordered the shirt last Friday and NEVER received an e-mail from them with shipping information. I logged into my newly created account with them and noticed that it shipped on 3/12 so I figured I would give it a little more time. Over the past few days, I sent two e-mail messages through their 'Contact Us' page...they never responded. I then tried to call and on their recorder, they mention leaving a voicemail or sending an e-mail to ****@****....so I did. NEVER heard back from them. I just got off of the phone with a gentleman who says that they never received my messages, lie #1, and that they cancelled my order on 3/12 and sent me an email, lie #2. He then proceeded to tell me that they didn't have that shirt in stock...funny, because the transaction went through without fail! They are CROOKED people and I am happy to let everyone know that they're lazy frauds! If they didn't have that shirt in stock, pick up the phone and contact me..I would have picked a different color, but unfortunately, I sat around checking the mailbox and trying to contact them for a week without a reply. I will NEVER use them or anyone affiliated with gotapparel.com ever again!"
