"Ordered an iPod Touch Cradle charger on 6/12 and received an order confirmation that day. After a couple of weeks without receiving the item or any further confirmation, I sent the first of several emails asking about the status of my order. I received no response. I called a couple of times, got an answering machine, and left a message. My calls were not returned. I have since filed a claim with PayPal in an effort to get a refund."
