"Their Sample Kit is a fraud
Their Sample Kit is a fraud. Print quality is not consistant. Your home inkjet printer can print better than that.
The last order I recieved definately have quality issue compared to the previous order. I sent them images for 1 by 1 comparison to show them the problems, sawtoothed edges, visible color dots, uneven color, weired color matching. And their response is "we have differerent printers, so the result will somtimes be different" "we have differnet paper providers so the papers are sometimes different" And rejected to give me a reprint or a refund. They do give a discount for future orders. But, if you don't fix my current issue, do you really think I will order again?"

We have reviewed your files alongside our quality control team, and it does appear like the prints you have received are not necessarily color difference, but more of a brightness level difference. The prints you have received are normal because we have different paper providers. Please keep in mind that the brightness of the paper may start from 92% & up. As for the color, please note that the change you see is normal in gang run printing. We are a gang printer and therefore, are unable to match colors 100% of previous printed samples. Please be advised that we are only able to guarantee 80% color match to your file. Each time colors can play up to 15-20%. Please visit our website and click on "terms of use" to see our color matching policy. Unfortunately, a re print was not an option as the outcome of the final print would have been the same. Instead, it does appear that a Discount Code for the Full amount has been offered, so that you can place a new order. Please note that the quantities of (100) and (250) will run on our digital press and some times, it can print little different. In order for a job to print off-set, the quantity will need to be (500) and up. Please be sure to respond to the email sent to you, so that we can get that discount code sent out for you. "The first set of cards I received from GotPrint were great, very good color and very clear and crisp. So I reordered another 500 cards. I did not change anything on the cards and used their reorder process. The second set of business cards where NOTHING like the first set. The colors were all wrong and they were NOT very clear and crisp. The quality department was very quick to respond to my complaint but told me that the cards where fine and that they only need to be 80% color matching. I continued to complain because not only the color was off the cards were also not crisp, even somewhat fuzzy. That only got me a five dollar discount, that I might not even use. I am not sure if I will even use the second set of cards because they are not going to get the response from people that the first set did. Time to go find another vendor for business cards. "

"Site is easy to use. Cards turned out good and arrived quickly. Only con -- and big one -- is customer service is not enough. Other places will look at design when you call and will tell you if the project will work. GotPrint only gives you the online proof, which oftentimes, is not enough. If I were working on a costly project, I would go with another company. And, will only use GotPrint for easy, inexpensive projects, such as business cards."
