"I ordered small cards from GotPrint. Based on looking at the proof, I thought that both sides would be printed running from the top down just like the proof I saw and approved. However, when I received the cards the copy for each side was in a different direction. I sent in a complaint to GotPrint and they told me I needed to rotate the second side to get what I was looking for. The offered me a credit if I repurchased the cards which I did. I reordered the cards rotating the second side. I approved the proof which showed the printing running top down on one side and bottom up on the second side. When I received the cards they looked exactly like the first set. How can the cards be the same when one had the second side not rotated and one with the second side rotated? Their customer service told me there was nothing they could do and for a second time gave me instructions on how to get what I am after. Well, after two tries and doing it two ways with the same result the way to get what I am looking for is to try another, more customer centric online printer. Good bye GotPrint!!!!!!"
