"Our business has been using Got Print for almost a decade. I would have given them 5 stars except our business cards on our last order looked faded/washed out. When I informed them, they tried to justify how they gang run printing and don't guarantee it. To me, it looked like they were running out of ink and no one was paying attention. I was actually surprised they even sent out that poor quality of work. They offered a $5 credit but I requested a full credit. They then offered to rerun the order. They reran the order & the business cards look like we expected. So my real complaint is that they tried to "pass the buck.""

We are a gang run printer and therefore cannot match colors 100% or match previous printed samples. Please be advised that we guarantee 80% of a color match to your file as each time, colors could play up to 15-20%.
