"I have had great success with gotprint with a few exceptions, some with quality control regarding printing and packing and several with UPS handling. I have made some suggestions to GP as to the manner in which they pack and have complained to UPS about their total disregardful for shipping & handling and for leaving damaged packages at my door. If GP can make their shipments UPS proof i will continue my relationship otherwise I'll seek another vendor.
Understand, I am a huge fan of gotprint and love the product line..I'm just trying to have them and UPS step up their game so none of us will lose time and money over what should be a simple fix. Thank You."
