"I've used Got Print before and loved the company. Then I worked with someone new to design my bookmarks. The files didn't quite work right, so I broke down and used the in-house designers. They had a proof to me a few hours later when I was expecting at least a day of waiting for it, and the ordered was done and shipped very quickly. In way more than enough time to mail bookmarks to one event, and pack them to take with me to another event. The phone customer service gentlemen were great, first at helping try to get the art to work myself, and then in answering questions about how to get with the in-house designers. I'm truly impressed with the service and quality GotPrint offers. Payment has always been easy, too! "
"This most recent order was not my first with Got Print... if fact, I think it's my 5th or 6th and the reason I keep coming back is not just the quality of the product - which is always excellent, packed with care, and arrives in perfect condition - but the ease of placing the order.

"In trying to recreate the excellent and easy first print job I received, Gotprint asked me to upload a completely different type of image files, which resulted in a final product that was not as clean as that first order. I'm left wondering why they needed a vastly different file type the second time, and why the quality decreased when those second files seemed to have much more printing information contained.
Additionally, gotprint's website setup has a cumbersome design in terms of communicating order-specific issues. Any attempt at submitting an issue/question results in multiple emails that do not refer to eachother, making it hard to track where they are in the process of resolving one issue."
"I had repeated issues with the image I loaded for the order. It never did work right. Then I got on another website and ordered the same thing and my images worked first time with no problem. I wasted a lot of time trying to reload them to Got Print. "

"So, I needed business cards, looked around, and stumbled onto GotPrint. Super easy - for one set of cards I had the artwork. All I did was upload the artwork, select the stock, and done. For another set, I had to design it ... seemed scary, but was NOT. Uploaded the logo, and then used the intuitive tools to craft my cards. Once done, selected the stock, qty, ... done. Received both earlier than scheduled ;))
