The only issue I had with my order is that unless you use the site on a fairly regular basis, I find it almost impossible to figure out how to do the layout with the design feature. Every single time I have to end up calling for guidance. The people are helpful but it can be very discouraging and frustrating. There should be more information on their site as far as how this process works. Instead you have to hunt for every clue. My suggestion would be that they take someone in there middle 40s or older who has never ordered product like this before and see if they can figure it out and successfully place an order for something that they have to customize on their design feature provided on their website. And they need to set there and watch to see where they can improve the experience. If improvements can be made they would have a very effective and enjoyable ordering experience for customers.
