"The process was made clear online but the support over the phone from GotPrint Staff was excellent. The only problem we had was we ordered the $4.00 mock up (preview) to see before placing the order for our business cards. We had ordered rounded edges but when we received the mock up, it was of a square business card (basically just the design we had submitted on their "preview') and the template lines where not displayed. Having had the cards design outsourced, we did not have the ability to place the mock up lines on our own and did not understand why GotPrint would not display the mock up with rounded edges already or with the template lines so we could make a judgement call. However, after talking to staff - they said they could make a one time exception and speedily sent us the card with the template lines. This was frustrating as we felt it should be an option to begin with, but we did appreciate them helping us when we were in a bind. Thank you!"
