"My beef with this company is not the printing. It's the service. When my artwork turned out to have a resolution lower than they preferred, they didn't even bother to contact me. I thought I had ordered business cards and that everything was fine. I was wondering why they hadn't shipped. Then, when I checked, I had to call to find out they weren't printing them because they considered the artwork to not have a high enough resolution. At least they could have contacted me to tell me there was a problem, but they didn't even do that! I told them to cancel the order and went elsewhere. If they expect me to have ESP over some problem like that, then what else will they drop the ball on? "Oops! That's a problem. Let's stop and grow weeds until the client notices something isn't moving." I will not do business with these people again, because I have my own deadlines."
