"I am a graphic designer and often assist my clients in placing print orders on your website. In this case my client was excited that he found a 40% Off plus Free Shipping coupon. Since he was ordering business cards and 20,000 brochures, it was a significant savings. But when we got all the way to checkout, the coupon wasn't valid. Neither were any others we found online. I used instant chat to ask for help using the coupon and was told it was no good and that I should look on the Facebook page for coupons. I told the chat rep we had an order pending and asked if they could just give me the coupon code. I was then told there were no active coupon discounts at this time. So why send me to Facebook to hunt for deals? So Gotprint.com lost a $1,200 order. I'm not sure I want to be put into this position - trying to help a client only to find the company I recommended is cheating customers with bogus coupon offers. My client felt cheated and so did I.
